Registration fees for the Workshop

Accompanying Persons          150 euros                         200 euros

Resident/Nurse registration rates will be granted only to those who document their position by faxing an official statement from the head of their Department or Institution or a copy of their license to +33 (0)4 78 37 80 60.

Fees for doctors/nurses/residents include:

-Participation in workshop and access to expositions

-Meals at lunch and coffee breaks

-Transportation between hotel and workshop

-All materials forworkshop

Fees for Accompanying Persons include:

-Soirée gala

Not included in the registration fees:

-Transportation to/from Lyon

-Hotel Accommodations

-Evening meals

-Soiree Gala (Price to be determined at a later date)

A program of activities/excursions can be arranged for accompanying persons.
